To ensure the efficient transport of doors within the adjustment line, two dozen automated guided vehicles (AGVs) measuring 2700mm*1480mm*330mm are used. These AGVs transport the doors (each weighing 2000 kg) with precision.

Thanks to dual steering wheels, combined with optical ribbon navigation and QR code positioning technology, they achieve highly precise positioning with an accuracy of ±3 mm, thus ensuring the exact alignment of the doors at the workstations of the adjustment line.

Equipped with a piggyback transport structure and a power supply consisting of a supercapacitor and lead-acid battery, as well as an online charging function, these vehicles minimize downtime and significantly optimize system utilization.

Through stable communication via the workshop's industrial Ethernet network, they connect all processes of the door adjustment line, enabling fully automated, highly secure, and flexible production.

This forms the basis for the intelligent modernization of the door adjustment process.
